Apprenticeship at Selectrona - Tips for your application

On March 22, 2023, the 4th Career Orientation Fair Osterzgebirge took place at Oberschule Schmiedeberg.

According to the organizers, students from the high schools in Dippoldiswalde, Klingenberg, Geising, Kreischa and Rabenau as well as the high schools in Dippoldiswalde and Altenberg were invited with their parents to find out about internships and apprenticeships in a wide range of industries.

Together with around 50 other companies from the region, Selectrona took this opportunity to present itself as a training company. A number of young people came to the Selectrona stand to find out about our commercial and technical apprenticeships, for example in the fields of tool mechanics, process mechanics, mechatronics and warehouse logistics. Individuals took advantage of the offer and tried their hand at a soldering grid with a soldering iron under supervision. Our company presence was rounded off with job application coaching. Here, our technical training manager, Mr. Jörg Fabian, imparted tricks of the trade for the formal application process at our company.
